Start NowArtwork & File Requirements
What does โprint-readyโ mean? A print-ready file is a high-quality image with a transparent background, correct sizing, and clean edges. If your file is ready, your order moves straight into production with no delays.
If your file needs adjustments (background removal, resolution fixes, or cleanup), your order will be placed on hold.Youโll have two options:
- Approve the file as-is for printing
- Request adjustments before production
Orders requiring edits will not follow standard turnaround times.
Yesโwe can clean up and prepare your file for print. If adjustments are needed, weโll review your file and send a quote before any work is done.
Yesโartwork adjustments may require an additional fee depending on the level of work needed.Weโll always confirm with you before moving forward.
Orders are paused when a file requires manual editing outside of our gang sheet builder. This helps us:
- Maintain consistent print quality
- Avoid unexpected results
- Keep production running efficiently
We get itโsome fixes seem small. To keep things fair and consistent for all customers, any manual artwork adjustments follow the same process.
The most common problems we see are:
- Backgrounds that arenโt fully removed
- Low-resolution or blurry images
- Screenshots instead of original files
- Canva exports with incorrect settings
The best way to avoid delays is to upload a clean, high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.Weโre also putting together short tutorials to help you get the best resultsโthese will be available soon.
Yes. If we see an issue that could affect print quality, weโll pause the order and reach out before printing. No surprises.
Yesโif your order is on hold, you can send a corrected file and weโll move it back into production once itโs ready.

PolySafe Silicone Heat Guard Mat
23.6" ร 15.7" (60cm ร 40cm) | 2mm Thick | Food-Grade Silicone | Heat Safe to 464ยฐF
What It Is
The PolySafe Silicone Heat Guard Mat is a house-branded pressing accessory designed to protect heat-sensitive fabrics while maintaining the heat and pressure needed for durable DTF applications.
Placed between the heat press platen and the garment, the mat acts as a heat buffer and cushion, absorbing and dispersing direct heat while helping reduce the shiny โheat boxโ effect commonly seen on polyester and performance fabrics.
This is not a workaround or a shortcut โ itโs a repeatable, production-friendly solution.
Why We Offer It
There are many techniques decorators use to avoid scorching or shine on polyester. Through our own production use, weโve found this method to be the most consistent and easiest to implement, especially when running standard DTF press settings.
PolySafe allows you to:
-
Keep proper heat and pressure
-
Maintain strong transfer adhesion
-
Reduce surface shine and edge impressions
-
Press with confidence on heat-sensitive garments
Key Benefits
-
Helps reduce heat shine (โheat boxโ) on polyester fabrics
-
Buffers direct platen heat without lowering pressure
-
Cushions garment edges for a cleaner finish
-
Food-grade silicone construction
-
Heat safe up to 464ยฐF
-
Large format covers most standard press platens
Recommended Use Settings (With PolySafe)
-
Temperature: 300ยฐF
-
Pressure: Medium to heavy
-
Time: 13 seconds (adds ~3 seconds to standard pressing)
These settings preserve adhesion while compensating for the heat absorbed by the mat.
Preheating Instructions (Important)
Before first use:
-
Place the PolySafe mat directly on the lower platen
-
Press at 300ยฐF for 13 seconds
-
Proceed with garment pressing
Preheating stabilizes the matโs temperature and improves press consistency during production.
Handling & Safety
โ Caution: Mat becomes very hot during use
-
The mat absorbs heat and may remain hot between presses
-
Mat extends beyond most press platens โย handle only from the ends
-
Avoid touching the center area immediately after pressing
-
Allow the mat to cool when not in continuous use
Who This Is For
-
Decorators pressing 100% polyester or heat-sensitive garments
-
Shops using DTF transfers on performance fabrics
-
Anyone looking for a consistent alternative to reduced heat, cover sheets, or excessive repressing
Important Notes
-
This mat does not eliminate the need for proper press settings
-
Always test new garments and fabrics
-
Results may vary based on press type, platen size, and garment construction
