What does “print-ready” mean?
A print-ready file is a high-quality image with a transparent background, correct sizing, and clean edges.If your file is ready, your order moves straight into production with no delays.
If your file needs adjustments (background removal, resolution fixes, or cleanup), your order will be placed on hold.You’ll have two options:
- Approve the file as-is for printing
- Request adjustments before production
Orders requiring edits will not follow standard turnaround times.
Yes—we can clean up and prepare your file for print.If adjustments are needed, we’ll review your file and send a quote before any work is done.
Yes—artwork adjustments may require an additional fee depending on the level of work needed.We’ll always confirm with you before moving forward.

Low-resolution or blurry images
Always upload high-resolution files to keep your prints sharp and detailed. Blurry or pixelated images won’t translate well and may require fixes before printing.
Screenshots instead of original files
Avoid using screenshots whenever possible. They reduce quality and often include unwanted compression or borders, leading to poor print results.
Canva exports with incorrect settings
When exporting from Canva, use PNG format with transparent background selected. Incorrect settings can result in solid backgrounds or lower-quality files that aren’t print-ready.
